In Movimento was born from the encounter with the community of Associazione ODV Lago di Pane with the purpose of activating new ways of solidarity and sharing through the practice of movement. The project aims to identify tools for observation and creativity to foster integration into the social fabric of the community’s most fragile members.
Language, thinking, personal and relational growth are closely linked to the ability to move. The movement of the body reflects deeper movements and its investigation can bring great benefits, especially to those with greater fragility.
How does movement (exchanges, encounters, flows….) occur in the Lago di Pane community?
To answer this question, different “frames” of work were created that involved the entire community (not only the children, but also the educators and occasional guests) and alternated moments of pure observation with workshop phases, designed as encounters in the form of “motor interviews,” calibrated to the abilities and desires of each individual.
Salvatore Insana’s video bears witness to this subtle and fragile, yet profound and powerful encounter..
