HOME is a choreographic/performing art project aimed to produce modular practices, actions and interactions starting from the idea that the inner working of any performance act can be considered as a ‘home’ in terms of a personal, functional or emotional archive. Home as the place in which human identity relates to our ever-changing contemporary world, where floating forms of language (José Gil) flow within a living, heterogeneous environment and the limit – between spaces, languages, directions – is a turbulent place (Stefano Levi della Torre).

In practical terms HOME consists of encounters/exchanges declined in context-specific performance acts, videos, workshops, interactions with local communities, dialogs and actions. Each format is conceived as a self-standing, autonomous object and at the same time as part of the overall creative process of the project that is thus constantly redefining its identity.
